DR. SERAFIN L. NGOHAYON, is Chairman of the Board and President of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP).
He became President of the Ifugao State College of Agriculture and Forestry (ISCAF) at the age of 35, and spearheaded its conversion into the Ifugao State University. A professional and educational manager respected by subordinates and known and recognized by peers, Dr. Ngohayon is at present, Chairman of the PASUC Cordillera Administrative Region (CARASUC), VP of the Environmental Education Network of the Philippines, Vice-Chairman of the Highland Agricultural Research and Resources Development Consortium (HARRDEC), and Auditor of the Association of State Colleges and Universities - Solid North). |

DR. DANILO S. HILARIO is the Vice-President for Planning, Research and Extension of the Bulacan State University. A Member of the Board elected to the position of Auditor, he had served as trainor and staff in the various trainings of accreditors all over the country, and was Coordinator of many accreditation surveys. Dr. Hilario is with the technical staff of the Center for Institutional Research and Policy Studies (CIRPS) of Region III and is a member of the Phi Delta Kappa, Philippines. |

DR. SOLEDAD M. ROGUEL is Dean of the CLSU Institute of Graduate Studies and Trustee and Secretary of AACCUP. Her Summa cum Laude honors from a private university followed by an East-West Center Scholarship for M. in Ed. and Ph. D. degrees in Educational Psychology from the University of Hawaii and a research fellowship under the Fullbright-Phil. Agricultural Scholarship Program (FPASP) hosted by the Pennsylvania State University and the University of California, prepared her of course for this position. Back to the Board where she was once a Member a few years ago, she brings with her more enhanced experiences as an awardee of the coveted and prestigious Metrobank Teacher Award in the tertiary level category, President of PAFTE III, and Region III President of the Graduate Education Association and Chartered Colleges and Universities of the Philippines (GEACCUP) |

DR. MARIA TERESA S. J. VALDEZ is the Dean of the Institute of Education, and Chair of the Internal Assessment Body of the Tarlac College of Agriculture in Camiling, Tarlac. She has been an AACCUP accreditor for seven years and serves as trainor and Overall Coordinator in accreditation survey visits. She is the new Treasurer of AACCUP. |

DR. BRIGIDA A. ROSCOM is Trustee and Auditor of the agency. A senior faculty of the Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology in Iligan City and a specialist in the field of statistics, she is a high caliber accreditor having been assigned as Overall Coordinator and Team Leader in many accreditation stints all over the country. She is the University Coordinator for Accreditation, a DOST-CHED scholar and Chairman of the Internal Audit Board of MSU-IIT. Dr. Roscom was mainly responsible for the enhancement of the rating system in the AACCUP Master Survey Instrument. |

DR. MANUEL T. CORPUS is more popularly known as the Father of AACCUP. He has led the agency from its time of conceptualization 20 years ago, up to its present status of national and international recognition. He played the key role in hurdling its trials, tribulations, and the consequent triumphs. An acknowledged international expert on quality assurance, he has presented papers on this subject. The most recent was during the APQN Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and later at the INQAAHE Conference in Toronto, Canada in April, 2007. Dr. Corpus spearheads the adoption of Institutional Accreditation in the country today. He is a Commissioner of the Presidential Commission on Educational Reform and member of the Coordinating Council on Accreditation. |

DR. EVELYN S. CRUZADA, a new addition to the Board brings with her the experiences of an able University Administrator. Having served the Leyte Normal University as Board Secretary, Dean of Student Affairs and Vice-President for Administration before she assumed the office of University President, she had enough chance to develop her managerial skills. She had conducted researches on Teacher Education and served as Member of various regional and national committees on education. |

DR. ROSANA GRACE B. BELO. This veteran, dynamic accreditor has made the rounds of the Nursing Programs and other allied fields all over the country. Dr Belo has also gone to foreign lands to partake of the wisdom of her peers in nursing education and accreditation in general. The latest of her stints were in Ho Chi Minh City where she presented a paper on accreditation , and in Selangor, Malaysia, as an observer in the Academic Program Audit conducted by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency. A recipient of three international fellowship grants from SEAMEO-TropMed, JICA and KOICA, she is presently Director of Instruction and Quality Assurance of the West Visayas State University |

DR. RICARDO E. ROTORAS, as rare as President Rotoras’ Doctor of Engineering degree is his vertical articulation of undergraduate and graduate degrees inclusive of trainings, from BS Electrical Engineering, to Master of Science in Applied Mathematics, to Post–Doctoral Studies as a Fullbright-Hays Research Fellow in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Rarer still is his long record of accomplishments as Dean of the School of Engineering and Architecture, and the awards, recognitions and external funding he and his institution have received, aside from the published researches to his name. |

DR. RAUL F. MUYONG is the energetic and dynamic Campus Administrator of Southern Iloilo Polytechnic College-Western Visayas College of Science and Technology, Miag-ao Campus, Miag-ao, Iloilo. He has been very active in the field of accreditation, having served as Overall Coordinator, Team Leader and/or Consultant in various surveys. His experience however as administrator and evaluator enables him to bring substantial inputs to BOT meetings. He is a member of RQUAT for Teacher Education of CHED Region VI. He was awarded as the Best Performing Key Official of WVCST System in 2004 under the PRAISE award. |
DR. FELOMINO A. GARGAR is the present Dean of the College of Education of the University of Southeastern Philippines and the Chair of the Institutional Quality Assurance of USEP. He is a diplomate holder in Professional Psychotherapy from the International Academy of Behavioral Medicine Counseling and Psychotherapy (IABMCP) from Colorado, USA. He holds a doctorate in Educational Management, Master of Arts in Teaching Guidance, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Graduate in Midwifery Education, Bachelor of Arts in English and Minor in Philosophy, Bachelor of Education Major in Special Education. He is one of the latest additions to the Board. President of PAFTE Region XI, CODTE XI, CODGE XI, and a National Board of Director of the Association of Govt. Psychologists, Dr. Gargar also serves as a member of the Regional Quality Assurance Team (RQAT) of CHEd Regions XI & XIII and as assessor of IQUAME. |

DR. MARIO S. SUBA is a professor of animal breeding and genetics at Central Luzon State University, College of Agriculture. An outstanding teacher and prolific researcher, he had traveled in Germany, Japan, Australia, China and the USA as a visiting scientist and exchange academician. A product of the American Educational System, having obtained his master’s and doctorate programs from the Kansas State University, he was also a Fulbright fellow at the Molecular Genetics laboratory of the University of Arkansas. Currently, he is the Executive Director of the DC-SUC III/CIRPS and a member of the Technical Panel for Agriculture. He'd been accrediting programs under the AACCUP scheme since 1994.
